We check our email and phone as often as possible and try to respond within 24 hours. When making an inquiry let us know how many guests are in your party and the dates you prefer. Also, let us know if your dates are flexible or if you have any special needs.

RATE INFORMATION:

We are open year round. Our rates adjust with the seasons, please contact us if you want to confirm our current rate. Annual rate will adjust in May if the rates are going to be updated. Check-in time is between 3-5 PM. Check out time is no later than 10:30 AM. You must ask for a late check out to confirm the availability. On the day your reservation begins you may arrive on the grounds after 2PM. Once you arrive you may not enter your cottage until it is ready. Our cleaning staff will let know you when your cottage is available. If you arrive early please feel free to hang out at the pavilion or the beach, use the kayaks or canoes and let the kids play or swim! Our weekend rates include checking in Friday and checking out Sunday, we do not offer weekend only rentals during the months of June, July, August or Sept. Our daily rates are available Monday – Thursday. We have a 4 night minimum reservation requirement for the months of May & June, reservations for less than a week have an additional cleaning charge. During the months of July & August we have a one week minimum rental. Sept goes back to a 4 night minimum or call to see if we have any 3 night stays available. During the months of October – April we accept weekend reservations however the availability & cost varies. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any reason.

***All reservations are first come first serve and payment is required at the time of the reservation. We do offer many payment options please don’t hesitate to call for further information. Full payment must be made no later than 1 month prior to your check in date. Deposits are non refundable.
